Sofia is a 24 year old Colombian, whose dance journey began in Miami 5 years ago when she joined a studio that offered Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and Zouk. She decided to learn all 4 styles at the same time. Along the way, she connected with a diverse community of dancers who introduced her to a wide range of techniques that continue to shape her style today.
With a deep passion for social dancing, she is known for her ability to build strong connections with her partners on the dance floor. Her passion and dedication have led her to teach and perform at numerous congresses across the USA and even abroad in places like Cancun and Medellin.
In addition to dancing, teaching is one of her greatest passions. She strongly believes in the transformative power of dance and its ability to uplift and empower lives. Her mission is to spread the message that “everyone can learn to dance”, regardless of background or experience.
